Welcome to Dataset Cat! By using this site, downloading content, or interacting with any part of Dataset Cat, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, you probably shouldn’t be here (but we’ll miss you).

1. Use of Our Stuff
All datasets, content, graphics, and descriptions are owned by Dataset Cat. You’re welcome to download them for personal, academic, or creative use — but you may not resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own.
You can train a model, make a chart, write a play about them, or build a robot that recites them — but please don’t upload our files elsewhere or sell them on your own storefront.

2. No Refunds
Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We can’t un-send a file, and we can’t put data back in the box. Please read the descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Subscriptions
If you sign up for a subscription (like Unlimited Generator Access), it will renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled.
You can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. No partial refunds are given for mid-month cancellations, but you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property
Dataset Cat and all related artwork, logos, and language (yes, even the cat’s sarcastic tone) are our intellectual property.
Please don’t use them in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement unless you have written permission.

5. Liability (or Lack Thereof)
We make our datasets for fun, inspiration, and creative tinkering. We don’t guarantee factual accuracy, fitness for any specific purpose, or that your computer won’t get confused by how charming our cat is. Use at your own risk.

6. User Behavior
Don’t do anything shady, spammy, or harmful while on our site. If you do, we may restrict your access or block you — no hissing necessary.

7. Changes to These Terms
We might update these Terms from time to time. We’ll try to make it obvious when we do, but it’s your job to check in.
Continued use means you agree to the latest version.
