All sales on Dataset Cat are final. Because our sticker products are made to order and packed by real humans (and possibly supervised by cats), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Once you've placed an order, it's yours—just like a cat that’s chosen your lap, we can’t exactly undo the moment.

Exceptions? Not really.

  • Bought it by accident? Please double-check before clicking.

  • Didn’t read the description? We try to be as clear and descriptive as possible.

  • Thought it would be something else? That’s what the preview images are for.

If your stickers arrive damaged or misprinted, contact us at info@datasetcat.com with a photo and we’ll make it right—just no returns required.

We do not offer refunds for lost or delayed mail. Once your order leaves our paws, it’s in the hands of the postal system. Please make sure your shipping info is correct before placing an order.

Thank you for understanding. We’re a small team (mostly cats) and we rely on each sale to keep the datasets—and stickers—coming.

If you’re on a monthly plan, it’s charged automatically until you cancel. You can unsubscribe anytime—no tricks, no hoops.
We don’t do partial refunds for mid-month changes, but you’ll keep access through the end of the billing cycle. Fair’s fair.
